2 cups coarse semolina
1 cup olive oil
3 cups sugar
4 cups water
1 cinnamon wood
Execution
In a casserole Heat the oil. Add the coarse meal with a wooden spoon, stir constantly until well cooked. While in a small saucepan Heat water with sugar and cinnamon. Once kavourdistei meal, pour the syrup and stir thoroughly and add the fire.
Cover the end of the pot with a towel and let the halva thickens.
